Digital Services
Ilaaj AI provides digital healthcare services — AI-assisted consultations and doctor-verified prescriptions delivered electronically through our app. We do not sell or ship physical products, so traditional product returns do not apply.
Cancellations
You may cancel a consultation before it begins at no charge. Once a consultation has started or a prescription has been issued, the service is considered delivered and cannot be returned.
Service Issues & Refunds
If a paid service was not delivered, was charged in error, or could not be completed due to a fault on our end, you may be entitled to a refund. Please review our Refund Policy for full eligibility and timelines.
