Doctor-Verified Consultation

A consultation includes an AI-assisted symptom assessment reviewed and verified by a PMDC-registered doctor, along with a doctor-verified digital prescription where appropriate. Prescription verification is included in the consultation fee — there is no separate charge.

Consultation fees are not fixed and vary depending on the doctor and medical specialty selected. Fees typically range from PKR 200 to PKR 1,500 per consultation. The exact fee for your selected doctor is always shown clearly before you confirm and pay.

• Review and verification by a PMDC-registered doctor

• Delivery of results and prescription directly in the app

Currency & Taxes

All prices are listed and charged in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout before payment.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through our payment partner. You will see the final amount in PKR before confirming any payment. No charges are made without your explicit confirmation.
