This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for services purchased through Ilaaj AI, including AI consultations and doctor-verified prescriptions.
Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You were charged but the service was not delivered due to a technical failure on our end.
- You were charged more than once for the same consultation.
- A doctor-verified prescription could not be issued and no alternative service was provided.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Consultations that have been completed and a prescription or medical guidance has been delivered.
- Dissatisfaction with a medical opinion that was correctly and fully provided.
- Requests made after the eligible refund window has passed.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may add additional days.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@ilaaj.ai with your registered phone number or email, the transaction date, and the reason for your request. We will review and respond within 3 business days.
