What Is Breeky?

Breeky is a fixed-dose combination (FDC) tablet containing ibuprofen 400 mg and paracetamol (acetaminophen) 325 mg. The logic is straightforward: ibuprofen (an NSAID) and paracetamol work through different pathways to reduce pain and fever, so combining them at lower doses of each achieves better and faster relief than a full dose of either drug alone — while keeping the side-effect risk lower than taking maximum doses of both separately.
