AI Interaction Data
Queries and interaction history sent to third-party AI services are not retained by us beyond 6 months, after which data is anonymized or deleted.
Device & Usage Data
Technical data such as device identifiers, app usage logs, and crash reports are retained for up to 12 months.
Analytics & Session Data
Analytics data (Google Analytics, PostHog) is retained for up to 12 months. Session replay recordings are retained for a maximum of 30 days.
Live Chat & Support Data
Support chat transcripts and tickets are retained for 12 months.
Backup Copies
Backup copies are retained for up to 90 days after primary deletion, then permanently purged.
